I LOVE to travel! With that in mind, I designed and printed this super fun "Let's Go On An Adventure" pillow to document all of the wonderful places I have been with my family. It is a fun home decor piece, but also a record of our experiences together traveling the US. My family is eager to fill in all the states in the US! Perfect for the camper and the living room couch! It is a great conversation piece!

The pillow sham is a faux linen texture in a gray/beige burlap color. It is so pretty and go with almost any decor. {This pillow is more GRAY than the "Let's Take A Road Trip Pillow.}

This listing is for the sham ONLY with the printed design. The pillow insert and fabric markers are NOT included and you must color in your own states! You will need to purchase your own pillow insert and fabric markers. The pillow sham fits a standard 18x18" pillow insert (the same as most standard square couch pillows).

Here are a few tips to get you started!

• Test your markers or paint before you start coloring in your states. Find a scrap of material to test your markers on to get a feel for how they color. (I recommend Crayola Fabric Markers because they are not too wet and apply light even color.)

• Put a paper towel under the top layer of fabric to avoid bleeding onto other layers of fabric.

• Start with a light color first. We suggest starting with a light color so that you can see how the color absorbs. In most cases, I feel like it’s best not to color up to the line until you know how far your markers might bleed. Do not apply a lot of pressure or let the marker sit on the fabric.

• Use light strokes and draw very lightly. Try to hit only the top layer of fibers. You can always add more layers. If you get too much ink on the item, it will bleed across the lines.

• Heat set your item according to the marker directions. Most of the time, this requires heating your item with an iron.
