• All Adult Bella + Canvas shirts are unisex sizing. Ladies may want to order one size smaller than their usual ladies size. • Please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size. • If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a shirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our shirts are measured by laying on a flat surface, and measuring side to side under the armpits. • Shirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing. • We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Returns/Exchanges & Order Cancellations

All of our apparel is custom made to order. Once an order is placed, we usually cannot cancel orders because the blank color/size is ordered right away from the shirt manufacturer. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing in order to get the correct size. However, if there is a problem with product you received, please contact us within 30 days of your order, letting us know of the issue immediately and also include a photo of the entire product, showing the issue.

Refund/Exchanges for Defective Items

We stand by our products and offer a 30 day window for damaged items or items that have improper wash wear. Occasionally, the printing process may go a bit wrong and you would notice unreasonably looking wear in the print after the first couple of washes. We would love to replace an item that may fit this description and just need a photo to verify. We will send a replacement shirt if we are contacted within 30 days.

Once an item's tracking number is shown as delivered, we have fulfilled our order. If an item shows delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS for information on how to use the GPS of the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to us incorrectly, and do not refund for items that are returned to sender. We do, however, offer to reship the item at your own cost once the item is returned (this typically takes many weeks). If an item is lost in transit, we do replace the items for our customers--an item is not considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement on the item (for US domestic shipping), and 30 business days on items shipped to Canada.

For some of our products, we utilize a printing partner to carry out the professional production of our designs. All of our designs are created in house, and our shop is run out of the state of New York, in the United States. Our printing partners (when used) are also run out of the United States. Because of this, some products are not shipped out of our home where we run our shop, and tracking will be out of the location of our printing partner. Typically gift messages are not possible at this time due to limitations with our printing partners. Please reach out with any questions.

Our adult t-shirts are Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex shirts, unless otherwise noted on size charts. All t-shirt colors with "heather" in the name are 50/50 polyester/cotton, with the exception of black heather and athletic heather, which are 90/10. All other solid colors are 100% ringspun pre-shrunk cotton. They are a soft, thin and lightweight fabric- these are NOT heavy cotton shirts, but are very light- as such, the lighter colors may be slightly see through when held up to bright light. Our sweatshirts and hoodies are Gildan medium weight fabric. They are 50/50.

Our apparel products are unisex sizing. It's important to check out the included size chart to compare with a favorite shirt already in your possession, as everyone prefers a different fit. Please lay a garment already in your possession flat and measure from side to side right under the armpits.
Shirts may have up to a +/-1 inch variance when compared with measurements on the sizing chart, as with most garments- this is pretty standard for the clothing industry.

We utilize a variety of printers in the United States to print our shirts for us, using a technique called DTG printing (direct to garment). This is different than a typical HTV (heat transfer vinyl), and will look a little different than what you're used to if you've only seen HTVs on shirts that you've ordered through Etsy. The shirts are printed with water based inks, and are made to order, so that is why we have a no return/exchange policy. We do, however, replace shirts that may be misprinted or otherwise damaged upon arrival, so please let us know about any issues before leaving any reviews so we can take care of you!

Shirt colors may appear slightly different on different computer screens. We strive our best to give you the most accurate pictures of shirt colors. We apologize if they look slightly different in real life.

Our current turnaround time for getting products out is typically about 1-5 business days, but this may change as holidays approach. This does NOT include shipping. Every once in a while we will be out of a certain color or size and need to get more from our supplier, if that is the case it can take a little longer to get out to you, but we do touch base with customers to let them know if this is the case. We will contact you on your fulfillment "date" if your order will be taking a few days longer.

Please follow wash guidelines on the tag of shirt. Wash inside out to keep the image in superb condition.
