Please Note: The oil-tanned full grain leather used on items may differ in color from the primary photo due to variations in dye lots and leather batches. The full-grain leather featured on the canvas bag is sourced from a third-party supplier, so I do not have control over the exact color or finish of each new shipment. Due to time constraints, I’m unable to retake product photos after each restock. Thank you for your understanding.

Engrave area can be area 1 or the tag, if no selections, I will choose the best area either on area 1 or on the small leather tag.

About the engraved details

1 * Note: this model can be engraved on the large leather panel on the front pocket or a small tag.

2. Engraving takes an average of 2-4 hours per order. The machine will burn the cowhide leather, leave dark ashes on the surface. Once the ashes are gone by time, it will leave a permanent mark on the leather. Order will be processed within 1-2 business days depending on the time of order.

3. Please send a Word or PowerPoint file with your selected font or figures, or I can help you select the ideal one.

4. Note: we do not accept returns/exchanges for customized orders.

5. I can engrave n the canvas/fabric but the effect is not good at all so I choose not to use a machine to put marks on the canvas/fabric. The laser could burn through it. I can only engrave on the small piece of the leather tag which comes with the bag and It is free of charge.

6. It is Optional to engrave. You do not have to engrave or personalize. Without a separate email or message memo with your order at the same time, I will just process your order and could get the item ship out within 30 mins.
