● Polymer clay does not damage by submersion in water, however chlorine can damage and discolor the mounting on your jewelry
● Use your sealed plastic bag to keep your pieces free of dust and dirt.
● Tarnished sterling silver jewelry can be brought back to life by using a small amount of baking soda and water on the tarnished area.
● Please Do Not spray any alcohol based products near the items, especially those items with a glossy coat. The alcohol will take the shine away and in some cases may make the piece sticky.

Make sure to remove your jewelry when:
● Using harsh chemicals or cleaning supplies.
● When putting on lotion, perfume, hairspray, shaving cream and other products.

►Do to health reasons, Earrings can not refunded or returned, Unless there was a mistake on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix it. We do this for YOUR protection.

►METAL ALLERGIES
We try to use nickel free findings when possible. Please check the item descriptions to be sure the item you are interested in is nickel free, If you want to upgrade to sterling silver chain & findings, just convo me and we can let you know if it's an option and quote you a revised price.

This includes license plate signs with personalized names.

★Customized license plate signs can take up to two (2) weeks or more to create. This all depends on if you want hard to track down license plates as the lettering. Please allow for enough time when ordering if you need the license plate sign by a specific date****
But don't worry, we will keep you informed of any delays.

TRACKING
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders to the US & Canada. You will receive your tracking number via the email you provided when signing up for an Etsy account, when your order is shipped.

★PLEASE NOTE: ALL custom order License Plate signs must be paid for your item in full, BEFORE we begin!

Cobalt Moon Jewelry wants to make sure you are very happy not only with your purchase, but also with your purchasing experience with us. We make sure that all of our orders are sealed in boxes or small bags and sent in bubble envelopes to protect the item you have purchased!

YOUR SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES:
Postage, Item care card, coupon for next purchase, shipping label, business card, kraft jewelry box (if jewelry items), clear plastic bag, tissue paper, (large boxes for license plate signs if applicable), bubble mailer and/or bubble wrap.

If something is intended as a gift, please message me when checking out, I will gift wrap the box. I can also include a handwritten special note if you would like.

All items are made to order! My working days are Monday-Sunday
Production time takes 1-5 business days after payment is cleared. If you need something sooner contact me and I'll do my best to make the item sooner. Although no promises can be made!

Custom orders may vary on production time according to difficulty of item and work load. This will also be discussed and agreed upon with the customer. Please message me ASAP on this!

If you purchase 5 or more items, production time may need to be extended. This also applies to orders over $100.

This will be discussed with and agreed upon with the customer by message ASAP after your purchase. No items will be produced until all is agreed upon by myself and the customer.
