Some of our items — such as sweatshirts and dad hats — are shipped to you from vendors outside our main office. This means your order may be delivered in separate packages. So, if you only receive part of your order, don’t worry! The rest is on the way. You can always send us a quick message if you want to check on the rest of your order.

In most cases, yes! Please send us a message as soon as possible to change the shipping address. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

**Due to COV19 delays and a high volume of orders, please allow extra time for your orders to be delivered.**

Normally, orders within the US are delivered within 1-2 weeks. International orders may take additional time depending on location and customs. Generally, international delivery time is within 3-4 weeks. Depending on the location and time of year, it could take 6-8 weeks for an international order to be delivered.

Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of our hands. We do not replace lost, damaged or mis-delivered items at our expense. Upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail to include up to $100 of insurance.

Please contact your local post office or contact USPS Customer Care at 1-800-275-8777 and open a case if you have issues receiving your order. Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please choose Priority Mail during check out. If you choose First Class or the Free Shipping option, your order will not include insurance. This means USPS will not reimburse you if your package is lost or misdelivered.

We will not replace your lost, stolen or misdelivered item at our own expense. Please reach out to us with any questions about shipping BEFORE you place your order.

It is your responsibility to follow your tracking number and let us know as soon as it has been marked for return to sender. Just email us at prettyspiritsco@gmail.com. That way, our shipping department can be aware it is on the way.

Once your order arrives to our warehouse, we will reach out to you via email. If you would like it resent, you will be required to provide a new address. We also charge an additional re-shipment fee. If you would like to return the order, we can offer you a refund minus the initial shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving your package, your item will be restocked without a refund. If we do not receive your package

We reserve the right to deny any cancellation for any reason. If we do agree to cancel your order, there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged.
