What is the shop's return policy?

Personalized and/or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for returns. For returns of eligible orders you contact the shop owner within 7 days after you have received the package and you send the item within 14 days. To make a return, the buyer can contact a courier of his choice provided that a shipment with tracking is carried out. Please promptly communicate the day on which the return shipment is made and the traceability code. International return must be marked on shipping documents as "RETURNED PRODUCT" for customs purposes.

What are the costs to be borne by the buyer in the event of a return?

The costs to be paid by the buyer are: - shipping costs (delivery and return shipping) - customs fees related to return shipment (in case of international shipment). The delivery costs that the buyer paid during the purchase are flat rate, with the return the remaining part of the actual shipping amount will be deducted. Therefore only the cost of the item will be refunded (delivery shipping costs will not be refunded). In the case of international shipping customs duties relating to the return shipment will be deducted.

What are the conditions for receiving a refund in the event of a return?

The item must be returned - intact and above all without signs of use - suitably packed in its original protective canvas bag (not damaged or dirty) and inserted in a transparent plastic (like the original one) to protect the leather from moisture on the return travel - equipped with all its accessories, advertising brochure and warranty card - provided with the attached payment receipt. The refund will take place only after receiving the item and verifying its integrity. If the item is damaged the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, the item will not be refunded.

What should I know about a handmade product?

I will never send you an item that differs in size from what you read in the shop advertisement. However, consider that as these are handcrafted items, handmade in every detail, there may be small differences in measurements equal to 1-2 cm (0.39-0.79 inches) compared to the descriptions. These small differences do not make an item classifiable as different from the photos and description of the shop advertisement. Make informed purchases, remember that you are buying in an artisan shop, with artisanal products handmade with commitment and many days of work dedicated to making the product. Each product is made to order for you.
