Custom and personalized orders

We are more than happy to create custom batches, gift baskets, and bulk orders. Please be aware that shipping is based on weight, and we use class jars for most of our products. We ship using flat rate shipping via USPS. Please give us at-least 1-2 weeks on custom orders, just in case your order requires an ingredient or specialty item that we do not have in stock.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like your item to be shipped in gift wrapping, or in a gift basket, we will need you to send us a description of what specific kind of wrapping paper you would like us tk use. Shipping cost of your wrapped present/ gift basket depends on the weight of the package and how many items are included. We do our best to arrange gift baskets and presents beautifully, while using plenty of bubble wrap to assure they arrive safely. We are a small business.. we are in no way professional gift wrappers, but we are completely capable of putting your items in pretty pink boxes, bubble wrapping items inside, and wrapping the box in gift wrap. The pink boxes are 4x6x2, brown boxes are 6x6x4, and the pink corrugated poxes are 7x4x4.5.

Why is the body butter stiff sometimes?

We use all natural butters as our main ingredients; including Shea Butter (yellow/ivory), Kokum, Kpnangnan, Cocoa, Ucuuba, Bacuri, etc. When stored in cold/room temperature areas, they harden up, which is why we also add carrier oils to soften. We may also use vegetable glycerine to soften. Our products are made in NY, where it’s very cold most of the year. We ship our products with a plastic or wooden spoon to help get the butter out, but the whipped body butters melt as soon as they are spread on your skin. It is completely normal for a body butter to harden in a cold glass jar. You’re safe to scoop out the product out with your fingers or use the wooden spoons provided to scoop it out. Either way, that’s how they’re supposed to be.

We are a small business, that means we may run out of stock quickly. If we do, we will be happy to offer to swap out your order with another amazing body butter, or offer you a refund for that item.

Anything that has color in it has a potential to stain clothing, no avoiding it, but not skin. That’s life, oh well. At least it smells good and soaks in quickly. Just be cautious with white clothing after putting this on, or anything with coloring. We do offer products that are colorant-free.
