Immediate Unboxing: We strongly recommend unrolling your rug within 48 hours of delivery.
Storage Warning: Keeping a rug sealed in shipping packaging (especially plastic) for longer than one week can trap environmental moisture. This may lead to "cellulosic browning" (yellowing) or a musty scent.
Moisture Liability: Berber Creations cannot be held responsible for staining, odors, or structural damage (such as mildew) caused by storing the rug in its original shipping wrap for more than 14 days.
Natural Refresh: If your rug has been in transit for a long period, we recommend placing it in a well-ventilated room or in direct sunlight for 4–6 hours to "wake up" the fibers and restore its natural loft.
