Files will be available immediately after Etsy clears your payment, this usually takes up to 10-15 minutes but is usually less.

When this is done, you will get an email in your Etsy registered account containing the link to make your download. If you don’t receive the email please look into your junk mail folder, it sometimes gets in there. Click the link and save the ZIP file to your computer. Files are sent zipped. You will need to extract the files before using them. In some cases, you may need to download software that “unzips” the folder in order to retrieve your files. Once unzipped you will see all of the different files that you purchased.
It is recommended to open files initially on a computer. Background textures, logos, and watermarks will not be in the downloaded artwork.
