THE STORY A bitter orange tree and a butterfly is one of Redouté's famous botanical paintings published in Paris in early XIX century and dedicated to the Princesses Louise and Marie d'Orléans. Original prints are very rare and can only appear on high-level auctions. Beautiful prints on high quality paper. I chose a wrong item by mistake and Nick was extremely helpful and nice. Planning to hang them by 2 X 2 in the living room and I believe they will look even nicer. Very satisfied.

The print did not come in the frame - I had to frame it myself, which is fine but the seller advertises the prints as 'ready to hang' which it was not.

A bit misleading review that needs correction: The print DOES come with the frame but in a separate package. The customer needs to spend a minute to put it in the frame himself, thats true. Sorry for the waste of time. Special message to buyers included to correct this lack of warning. Hope you enjoy your framed art.
