This is a garter belt made from pastel pink valentine kitten print fabric and pastel pink stretch mesh. The front has kitten print cotton accents and white picot elastic trim. Light blue satin elastic trim with white ruffles also lines the bottom edges of the garter belt. I also added white embroidered trim accents. White picot elastic waist with bra clip closure (with 3 hooks). There are big light blue satin bows on the front!
