Offered for sale is a vintage pocket calculator made by Tasco circa 1940’s.

This stylus type calculator is called a pocket arithmometer, and is able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and more.
It originally used a stylus pen to select and perform the mathematical operation. The pen has been lost over time and but any pointed instrument can be used.

The calculator is made of a silvery metal that shows some scratches and wear.
Otherwise the numbers move, and clearing mechanism works nicely, sees photos.

The calculator measure approximately 5.375" inches by 3” inches.
