I am sharing the habits that have changed the way I take care of my mind & body through self-care, journaling, breathing techniques, asking the right questions and consistently digging deeper. I focus on realigning yourself and returning to a peaceful and empowered mindset. I put my experiences in a scrapbook styled PDF designed as a guide to help you on this journey to self-love. It will benefit you in many ways.

HOW TO USE:
This journal is PDF file that can be used in note taking apps like Noteshelf, Notability, or Goodnotes. It is also printable. One of the best ways to use The Self Love Journal is with an iPad or tablet so that you can write on it with a stylus/Apple pen. (The tablet, stylus, and apps are not included.) Printing it out and using your favorite pen can also be just as efficient.

PDF file that is yours after purchase so you can save it to your laptop or phone and print it as many times as you need to as you fill each page. Don't worry! Reprinting is super simple, but I have included instructions for you just in case. However, please keep in mind that this journal is for personal or business individual use only.
