Bunny ear Bows are optional. Available in matching or contrasting solid fabric. You can choose from the drop-down menu during check out. The Bows are perfect for boys or girls--and are easily removed if wanted or needed. If they become soiled--just untie, wash by hand with warm soapy water and lie flat to dry on a towel and if needed, they can be ironed.


**Luna Bugs Designs Soft Collars are very lightweight and soft on purpose. This is to keep them from irritating and bothering your cat. Most cats and kittens adjust to them quickly and forget they're there. Also, it helps to keep them from losing fur around their necks from the friction of a heavier collar. My collars are made from cotton fabric and lightweight fusion to give it stability and shape and still stay soft and lightweight. I never use any heavy nylon and they will never get fuzzy.
We, as humans may like the weight of a heavier collar in our hands, but cats are not so thrilled with that extra weight around their necks. **

**How many fingers should fit under a cat collar?

Collars do actually need to be quite firmly fitted – you should only be able to get 1-2 fingers underneath. If too loose the cat can get their leg through. Your cat may tense its neck when you first put a collar on, so always re-check the fit after a few minutes and adjust if necessary. Always remember to check and adjust your kitten's collar every few days--they grow fast!**

If you're unsure on size, please measure your cat/kitten's neck before ordering. To measure, wrap snug but not too tightly to get exact number and add 1 inch. If the measurement is at the end of the largest number, go up to the next size.

Adult/Cat adjustable--approximately 8-12 in
Ex-Large Adult/Cat--adjustable--approximately 10-14 inches
Kitten adjustable--approximately 6-9 in (7/16 wide)

Adjustable collar is made from cotton fabric. They have nickel plated hardware and a breakaway safety buckle. All collars are riveted for strength and quality.

If the collar becomes soiled, hand wash and air dry.

NOTE: Breakaway collars are the only kind of collar that should be used on cats due to their tendency to get caught on things. ***Never use a leash with a breakaway collar. If you walk your cat make sure you use a safety harness made just for cats. Never us a dog collar or halter on a cat.

Shipping US only at this time I ALWAYS combine shipping of more than one item and make any adjustments if needed. **I do not try to make extra money by gouging the shipping costs.** Shipping is as exact as possible and at times I even pay out of pocket for the difference if I err on the side of low.


I stand behind every collar. Should you have any problems, please contact me. I offer a 6 month guarantee against breakage. If the buckle breaks or something comes undone, I will replace it with a new collar of your choice or the same design, if available. PM me a picture. The guarantee does not include loss or normal wear.
