LOCK REALITY:
We have been selling wedding card boxes for over 15 years and for years our card boxes had locks. The reality is that small locks sold on most card boxes today are easily broken and give a false sense of security. For that reason we removed the lock from our card boxes back in 2017! Our lids can be permanently glued down and cards can be accessed from the card box base. This ascetically looks much nicer than a small metal lock and is far more secure too!
No matter which card box you choose we always suggest having a wedding host or family member keep an eye on your gift/cards table throughout the event.

This money box is perfect over all. Highly recommend to all couples who are getting married or just anyone having an event. KellyMarie is so helpful explaining the details. The size and quality of the wood is great. A thick clear film is what covers the photos. Easy to build. The only thing for me is that I don’t want people opening the magnet up top, so she recommended to glue the top and just unscrew it on the bottom which works too. Can’t wait to use this for my wedding!

Thank you for your very kind review of our card box. Yes many brides Gorilla glue the lid closed (better than a lock) and then access the cards by removing the 4 screws on the bottom.
