Refill your salt cellar or salt pig with flake or fine grain sea salt, for cooking with and finishing dishes for your gourmet food. Perfect foodie gift! Each batch of our sea salt is made at that standards for use Michelin Star and fine dining kitchens! Comes in resealable bags. A four ounce order comes with a single 4 ounce bag and a eight ounce order comes with two of our 4 ounce stand up pouches. A 32 ounce order is a single 2 pound bag.

Now I understand why Pacific Flake is sold on Etsy … it’s a high quality artisan product! I received my order soon after placed and in packaging maintaining the intricate crystalline structure of the flakes. Pacific Flakes were the star on my homemade soft pretzels. Bright, ocean flavor and flaky texture will bring a final, tasty layer to any recipe. Well done Pacific Flake!

I cannot WAIT to try this hand harvested sea salt! Packaging was a bubble wrap envelope, but, I imagine if they wanted to smash the bags flat, they could. Fortunately, these arrived in good condition, the flakes nice and large! I will update this after I've cooked with this salt, but I think its going to be fantastic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 UPDATE: I dropped one star to 4 stars, because of flavor. I was sooooo excited to try this...I did on two separate meals, and in a salad I made...it has a very distinctive flavor, that both my husband and I -- currently -- are not too fond of...yet. I am hopeful that it is, perhaps, an acquired taste, but, going forward I shall use with supreme moderation, until we become accustomed to its flavor. In the meantime, I have removed it from my heavily-used salt pig to an airtight container.
