Our luxury collars are made using genuine Horween leather that is sourced in the United States. This ensures luxury, style and durability for your pet’s maximum comfort. Crystals or Gemstones take center stage, adding dimension and glamour to our classic styles. You may select any crystal/gemstone color that is available in our color charts (embedded in the photo section). Available in black or brown leather with silver hardware to include a small polished silver ring for attaching tags and charms and is fitted with a polished D-ring and classic silver buckle. This beautiful stylish collar would look adorable on any spoiled pet!

The edges of our collars are blackened, burnished and 2 coats of water-resistant conditioner is applied to keep the leather looking smooth and conditioned. Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition. Any items that has been worn, creased, dirty or damaged will be returned to you and no refund or exchange shall be given.

It’s best to use a soft cloth to remove any excess dirt and stains that get on the collar. If it gets really dirty you can use a non-toxic gentle cleaner, such as Leather Honey Cleaner to clean it.

If your pet goes swimming, be sure to rinse the salt water, chlorine or lake residue off of the collar directly after swimming. Using a leather cleaner and conditioner 2-3 times a year will restore the natural oils in the leather and bring back its shine and beauty.

We use and recommend Leather Honey Cleaner and Leather Honey Conditioner.

International customers are responsible for all international fees and customs charges. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office.

The quality is excellent. And the Pam, the owner, has excellent customer service. There was a mixed up in the design I ordered and the one I got and she rectified the mistake within a week and sending the right design. I am very pleased with the final result and black leather pops against the dog's white fur. I just love it!!

It's not the color I want i. I am very disappointed because I am stuck with this collar because it's not returnable. The quality is great but It's not the color I wanted. I wanted in black just like I mentioned it in our email communications. :(

I’m so sorry you do not like the color of leather. I made the collar with brown leather, just as your order states. The drop down box for orders provides the leather color choices in black or brown, brown leather was the color you selected. I put alot of time to make the collar just as you requested.
