DESCRIPTION:

Sew these sweet little baby penguins by hand to use as toys or decor!

This easy to follow, fully-illustrated pattern and instruction booklet will help you create your very own hand-embroidered penguin in no time. With step-by-step instructions and pictures, learn simple hand stitches. Use the handy shopping list to gather all the readily available supplies you will need to bring your penguins to life.

Instructions for making the baby penguin in classic black and white are provided, along with notes on how to modify for penguins of other colors.

TIME TO MAKE:

Once you have assembled the materials and mastered the basic stitches, it should take about 2-3 hours to complete each penguin.

APPROX FINISHED SIZE:

Your finished penguin will stand about 4.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches across (11 x 11 cm).

GENERALLY REQUIRED MATERIALS*:

• Craft felt (or wool felt, if desired)
• Embroidery floss
• Embroidery needle
• Scissors
• Straight pins OR glue stick OR tape
• Printer & copy paper
• Stuffing (fiberfill)
• Ultra fine felt tip pen (optional in some patterns)

BONUS: Patterns include SVG and DXF cut files for those with machines that can cut felt, such as the Cricut Maker. Support on how to use the cut files is not available. ***Please size the cut files as indicated in the .txt instructions before cutting.***
