INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING:

1. Choose your size from the dropdown menu.
2. Leave a phone number for shipping in the Personalization Box.
3. Add to your cart and checkout. This product has a 48 hour minimum production time. Please upgrade shipping if you have a close deadline.
4. Immediately after ordering, please upload your logos/images to the link below. We highly recommend logos to be in vector format (PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG). These files can be made infinitely large without losing quality. You can also upload other file types (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF) of at least 4mb in size.

5. Look out for an Etsy message with your design proof. Please note that this product has to dry fully before shipping, making the production time 48 hours after proof approval. If you have a tight deadline I recommend keeping notifications on so we can make edits quickly.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• A PDF proof will be sent to you via Etsy messages within 1-2 business days of your files being provided. You will have 48 hours from the time the proof is sent to approve or request any edits before we print.
• A maximum of 2 rounds of edits is included after the initial proof. Any further changes will require purchase of design time at shop owner's discretion.
• We only print CMYK colors. We do not guarantee how Pantone, RGB, Spot or 5th colors will print out. They can print incorrectly, inverted or drop completely from the file. Please convert your file colors to CMYK only to prevent major color issues before uploading.
• The inks on these need time a full day to cure, so we are unable to ship same day. If you are looking to meet a tight deadline, please reach out to be prior to ordering.
• We recommend laying graphics out 24 hours before using to get rid of wrinkling.
• Please make sure you have all of your logos together before ordering and are respectful of our strict 48 hour timeframe for proof approvals. If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled once we have begun design, a $30 design time fee will be deducted from your refund.

• When submitting a picture, you agree that you own the rights to the picture or have the proper authorization to use it. You also agree that any pictures might be used in our social media and advertising. We are not responsible for any copyrights violations regarding the picture(s) you are sending us.
• If for any reason your item arrives damaged/defective, you have 48 hours from time of delivery to reach out. You must send photos of the product AND of the packaging.
• We ask that all communication be done through Etsy. Our business hours are M-F (9 AM-5 PM EST). No emails or phone calls, please!
