A part of my order is missing

To make sure that everything arrives without damage and also logistic wise, some orders might get shipped split (then there will be 2 tracking numbers), so don't be confused if there's a part of your order missing when the first package arrives, everything is on its way.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes they are. But these days some dishwasher detergents can be very aggressive, so to keep the print on the mug as long as possible vivid we are recommending washing them by hand.
