Once the proof is approved any errors will be the responsibility of the buyer, however we always work together to find a solution to an error. Should there be an error made on our behalf a replacement will be sent, however if the finished product matches what was placed on the order we will work case by case for a solution. If the digital proof receives no response or approval, it will be assumed that it is approved, and the order will be made and shipped at the end of the processing time.
