Once the final proof has been approved, the final balance is due. After this point, if you cancel your order, no refund will be issued. Due to the customized nature of our stationery no returns are accepted. Open communication during the process is necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction. Be sure to order special event stationery early, this allows me to send you a sample of the actual invitation suite for approval. In the off chance you are unhappy with your stationery please let me know immediately so we can clear up the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Due to the custom and customized nature of our stationery no returns or refunds are offered. In the rare event you are not satisfied with our stationery products we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Open communication during the design and production process will alleviate unsatisfactory results.
If by any chance your stationery is damaged during delivery, return the damaged goods and we will replace them. All packages have a delivery confirmation, tracking and insurance.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. All domestic packages include insurance and tracking number.
International shipping rates apply. For international shipping I strongly suggest upgrading your shipping to UPS, this allows the packages to be tracked and the services are more reliable. Please let me know if you are upgrading your shipping.
If your deadline is tight we offer quick delivery for a charge.
We ship anywhere. Out of country shipments are subject to custom fees and time delay, please plan accordingly.
