Handmade Wooden plaque measures 6"x3" and is hand painted acrylic eggshell white. Back is unpainted.

Wording handwritten in black reads: lbs lost so far, lbs lost this week and lbs to target. Above each wording is a hand painted chalkboard heart for you to add your progress to! Can be personalised with a name at the top if not it will be dispatched with ..weight loss journey..

Ready to hang by jute twine (natural fraying occurs in this product) and attached is black polka dot bow and chalk holder (ribbon colour can be changed. (please let me know in the message box. If I don't hear from you it will dispatched as in the default photo.
