Antique French Tablecloth , Table Linens. Vintage Embroidered Tablecloth

Superb and charming tablecloth in ecru linen, embroidered with flowers, baskets and birds with a beautiful scalloped braid with pompom. The tablecloth is from the Napoleon III period around 1870, and will delight lovers of old linen. The particularity of this tablecloth is that there is still the pattern (in blue) of an embroidery totally different from the embroidered pattern, on the back of this charming piece (photo number 6)
This blue pre-print will most certainly come off in the first wash, which is why I didn't want to wash it because I find it really very charming.
This superb tablecloth can be used as a sofa throw and will look superb in a Shabby chic interior.

CONDITION: PLEASE NOTE!!! Although never used and never washed this tablecloth has small stains here and there which you will see in pictures number 7,8 and 9!!! Please only order if you are ok with this.
