This vintage chartreuse (or perhaps a lime green) portable record player is in brail.

From the Library of Congress, Division for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.

Works great with very good sound. (Rocked out to an old Beatle album!)

Volume and tone controls.

3 Speed controls (in brail) 8's 16's & 33's rpm

8 rpm is not functional.

The foam on the platter is deteriorating and could easily be replaced with felt.

The "legs" are chipped as well. See 5th photo.

Headphone jack was not tested.

All in an awesome chartreuse/ lime green color!
