Fennec foxes are not as famous as the red fox (check our woodland series), and they are not as widely featured in children’s literature and folklore, but they could be quite interesting to study and include in play scenarios.

Fennec foxes could be used as a way to introduce children to the way animals are adapted to their habitat, their behaviour and the odds they have to overcome to thrive in the desert. Children will be impressed by the fact that such a little animal is similar to the huge elephant - in the way it uses its ears. They will be intrigued to figure out how they are related not only to other types of foxes but also to wolves and dogs.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not soak in water. Wash each toy separately with soapy water with some vinegar. Rinse as quickly as possible. Immediately dry with a towel. Let air dry.
For disinfection you can use rubbing alcohol. We recommend spiritus aethylicus for medical purposes.
Do not put on or near heaters. Do not keep under direct sunshine for too long. Moisture and heat can cause warping and cracking in wood, so wooden products should not be exposed to these for too long.
When toys feel too dry, they need to be oiled and / or waxed. We recommend linseed oil and beeswax waxes. Other oils and waxes could be used too: mineral oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil. Vegans can use carnauba wax instead of beeswax.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE. We will provide you with a tracking number when we ship the item, so that you can follow your package online.

WRONG ADDRESS. If you notice you have given us a wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the correct one. If the product ships to a wrong/nonexistent address, the package will most likely eventually be returned to us, and in certain cases we might have to pay for the return postage. If you want us to send you the package again to another address, you need to pay shipping charges again OR place a new order if you do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.

UNCLAIMED MAIL
If you fail to receive the product, we will refund the price of the product once we receive it back, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

LOST DELIVERY
In case of lost delivery, we will send you a refund once the postal service provider confirms the loss. Please, contact us if you believe your order has been lost.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please take clear photos of the item in damaged packaging and send them to us. We will discuss with you whether / how to send the item back, and we will send you refund.
