S1 Analog Rotary Controller (USB or MIDI)

This is a custom USB controller which features a rotary dial that can be used as a game controller / joystick device sending X, Y, or Z axis control) or as a MIDI Continuous Controller sending 0 to 127.

It can be programmed as a USB MIDI device, and any software that has a "learn MIDI" mode can recognize it. (It works well as a Continuous Controller device.)

The knob spins about 290 degrees and has HARD STOPS and the ends. It is an analog device which turns smoothly, and has no "steps" as you turn.

It is *not* a "weighted spinner" that will keep spinning if you give it a twist and let go. It turns about 290 degrees, similar to a volume knob on a stereo.

If you are doing custom software development and in need of a serial device, this can also fulfill those needs, sending serial data of your choosing to a computer.

We'll include a Micro USB Cable as long as we have them in stock. (Most likely it will be a 3 foot cable.)

Customized Programming: We'll need to know what software and what operating system you are using in order to program the controller. For any customized programming requested we'll get in touch with you to confirm exactly what you want. (If you want MIDI control and are not sure what you need we can program the dial to send CC3. This has worked for most people.)
