If you have ordered an item that is personalized, I'll send your proof within 24 hours. It will be sent via an Etsy conversation. If you do not receive it, you might check your spam or junk folder in your email. Still not there? Message me and I'll be happy to re-send it.

Please double check that all details are correct on your proof. After proof approval, I can take no responsibility for any errors, misspellings, or incorrect information on your product. Customer will be responsible for any additional reprinting fees due to missed errors.
So sorry but I am not accepting any custom design work at this time. I am only offering the designs you find in my Etsy shop.

I may be able to make slight or minor adjustments to my designs for you, such as a background color change, a font style or a font color change, etc. --- but please message me BEFORE placing your order to see if it's possible. If it can be done, a design fee may also apply, dependent upon labor time.

Additional changes may also add to turnaround time.

Please understand the actual color of the physical printed product may vary slightly from the way it looks on your screen.
No, I only accept credit cards & PayPal.

However, you may pay thru PayPal by e-check.

If you are paying by PayPal e-check, I will not be able to ship your order until your payment clears and the transcation completes. PayPal states that can take 3 to 5 business days.

I will ship as soon as I receive the PayPal notification that your funds have cleared but make sure you allow for a little extra time for your order to arrive.
