How do I access my editable template?

After your purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl (sent to your Etsy-registered email). Follow the link to access and edit your template directly in your web browser—no software required!

Why didn’t I receive my Corjl access email?

• Make sure you’re checking the correct Etsy email (the one linked to your Etsy account). • Do not use Apple ID Privacy Settings—this can block emails from Corjl. • Check if you purchased an instant download file instead—not all templates are editable in Corjl. Instant download files can be accessed directly from your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. • If you still don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or log into Corjl.com using your Etsy email and order number.

Can I edit the template on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Basic edits (text changes) can be made on a mobile device. However, for full customization (changing fonts, colors, resizing text, etc.), we recommend using a computer.

What browser should I use? Will the colors look exactly the same when printed or on different screens?

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings, and printer. Variations in brightness, calibration, and display technology can affect how colors are shown. I am not responsible for slight color differences between what you see on your screen and the final printed product.

Can I try the template before purchasing?

Do the templates expire?

Yes, templates expire 180 days after purchase. If you need access beyond this period, you will need to repurchase the file.

Is there a download limit?
