Yes, your item will come ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger on the back. Unless you are ordering a letter with a base. The only other item that does not, are the stars. On that item you have the choice whether I install the hanger, or you can, to decide the direction you would like your boards.

I only make 10, 12, 18 inch tall letters at this time.
Hearts I make 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 inch tall.
