This is an absolutely gorgeous hand carved bas relief cameo. Each feature is clear, crisp and masterfully created. The details in the roses, leaves, butterfly, the young woman's hair, lips, earrings, necklace are so fine and perfectly depicted. Her expression is soft, loving and gentle. The master artist who created this work of art created a woman with a personality, and that takes tremendous skill.

The necklace of beautiful faceted dark red garnets sparkles as the light bounces of each plane. Tiny rainbow moonstone gems add a touch of elegance.

The pendant is 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches with a 2 1/2 inch drop. The cameo is bordered with sterling silver with a sterling silver bezel.
