Description

This is an original watercolor and ink painting of an expressive bay horse, sketched in rich reddish browns and blacks then aged with a wash. The horse wears a somewhat wary expression. Feet firmly under him, stomach tight, tail raised, he seems to be watching the viewer and ready to take off at any moment.

The subtle hues in this piece are best viewed in person.

This original art piece is approximately 9 x 8 inches on heavyweight watercolor paper.
