!! FAQ !!

“Why does shipping take so long?”
- Please keep in mind that often times we have multiple baskets to work on at once. Because we provide a unique service of creating custom content for any character, we have to allot time for researching characters we are unfamiliar with. To make your basket more personal to your character ALL our jewelry is handmade, ALL stickers are printed and cut in house, ALL t-shirts and apparel are handmade, and often times we create/ hand draw the designs of these shirts to best fit your character!! Our shipping time is Two Weeks, please be aware of this when ordering!!


“Why is shipping so expensive?!”
- Etsy does not allow shipping rates to differentiate between styles of the same listing. This means that the shipping cost of ALL listings is set to the shipping size and weight of the largest box. To combat this, we changed the way we create & list smaller box sizes so that the box is listed at COST. Ie our small box is listed as $16. This how much it costs us to create your box. (You pay $16 for the box and $14 in shipping; we use $16 to create your box and $7 to ship it). If there is a large difference between what you paid in shipping and how much the label costs then we will refund the appropriate shipping cost.


“Can I choose XYZ character?”
- we can make any character basket as long as they have a generous amount of information online. Please message us if you are unsure. Currently we are not creating baskets for OCs, Creepypastas, Homestuck, or Dick Grayson


“I didn’t get a letter with my basket”
- this listing does not come with ANY guaranteed items as it is a mystery basket. All items included in the basket are up to the seller’s discretion. If the buyer would like a specific item included then it must be discussed and approved in advance.


“Why does the no body care option cost extra?”
- as part of the standard care package, the medium, large, and extra size boxes each include a set number of body care items which are factored into the cost of the basket. The production cost of the package changes when these items are removed and replaced. The ‘NO BODY CARE’ option reflects the appropriate price change per item

**Refund Policy**
Thank you for choosing our shop for your custom items! By placing an order with us, you are consenting to this refund policy and agree to abide by its terms. Please note that each item we create is uniquely crafted just for you, which means it cannot be repurposed or resold. For this reason, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. **No Returns or Exchanges**
- Since our items are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. **Refunds**
- Refunds for completed orders are offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Should a refund be issued, please note:
- The refund amount will exclude the cost of the shipping label (if the item has been shipped. For unshipped items, see ‘Cancellations’ below), item materials, and a 25% fee to account for the time spent on your order.
- No full refunds will be issued for items that have already been delivered to the buyer.

3. **Order Cancellations**
- Orders canceled within 3 days prior to shipping are eligible for a refund of the shipping label cost only.
- Orders canceled within 6 days prior to shipping will be subject to the fees and deductions outlined in our refund section above.

4. **Shipping Responsibility**
- Once we’ve handed your item to the postal service, we no longer hold any responsibility for the package. From that point, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We will try to provide as much information and assistance as we can but ultimately any issues or delays must be handled with them directly.
