MORE DETAILS.....

► BOOK CONDITION.....

Books in the shop range from good used condition to like new. Minor imperfections may be present including abrasion, slight wear of edges, gift note or owner's inscription, ink or highlighter marks, and dog-eared pages. We do NOT send out books with major flaws such as damaged spine, excessively worn/soiled, or any other major defect that would spoil the decorative aesthetic of the book. However, some minor defects should be expected. Some may be remainder marked, although most are not. You may receive former library books which may contain ink stampings on the edge or tape remnants on the book's cover. These defects will not compromise the decorative value of the books when displayed spine side out.

► PHOTO PREVIEW PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.....

You may select to receive a photo preview of your exact book collection prior to shipment. Preview photos are sent through the Etsy messaging system; they are not emailed directly to the buyer. To access this, you will need to log into your Etsy account and check messages. Whenever possible, we try to send preview photos within one business day.

► SPECIAL PREFERENCES/REQUESTS....

Any special preferences regarding your order can be entered in the "Add a Note to Seller" box (at checkout), or in the listing's "Add your personalization" box.

If FREE shipping is selected at checkout, USPS Media Mail will be used to ship your items. Per the USPS website, Media Mail MOST OFTEN arrives in 2-8 business days. However, in some cases it can take longer. If you require your delivery in a timely manner, the Priority Mail option at checkout is highly recommended.

The customer service was good and the shipping was fast, however I’m not thrilled about the quality of the books I got :/ tJust be aware the the books only look good from one angle. On the top and sides there are ugly library stamps and pieces of old adhesive tape that damage the covers if you try to peel them off. If your books will only be visible from far and at an angle, I guess it’s ok…

Risposta di Tiff

I'm sorry the book quality did not meet your particular needs. We strive to be as descriptive as possible under the "Condition of Books" section in every listing description. Additionally, to cover all bases in case the description is overlooked, we describe these details in a direct message to each customer when the order is placed. As you can see, transparency regarding an item's condition is very important to us.
