You will be sent a small thank you JPG with instructions but your final file will be:
• 1 PNG File - (300 DPI high quality) 16" x 20" (you will be able to size down to your needs unless you would prefer me to send you a smaller size, then please let me know)
Please refer to my IMAGE GUIDE photo to guide you on how to select your image and our FAQ photo for information on turnaround and other details. Your portrait is based completely on the provided photo so any change of mind or change of photo incurs a redesign cost. I am always happy to help you select a photo as well! Once you place your order you will receive a JPG thanking you for your purchase.
A proof will be provided for you before we proceed to email the final digital version. - as I am the only artist I have in place an up to 2 week lead time on all orders for anticipated volume but can often get it done sooner. In the event of a heavy load like the holidays I will notify you immediately after your order to inform you of an anticipated delay and let you decide if you wish to proceed or not. After that I am unable to accept cancellations in case I have started on your order.
*Please let me know in the personalisation box if you consent to your pet's portrait being used in prints and other merchandise like pillows and cell phone cases. While I do share images on our social media and website I understand that some orders are memorials and your portrait is personal and different than a standard commission so I will not offer prints and merch to others if you are not comfortable. However, if you are okay with your fur friend being shared with the world this way it goes a long way in helping me continue to keep running my small business! Thank you!
