What is the size & quality of the digital prints?

The items within my shop vary in size, so please refer to each individual listings. However below is a breakdown of different sizes that may be available: - A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) - A3 (29.7cm x 42cm) - 8" x 10" (20cm x 25cm) - 11"x 14" (27.5cm x 35cm) - 12" x 18" (30cm x 45cm) - 4" x 6" (10cm x 15cm) - 5" x 7" (12.5cm x 18cm) All digital items are sent as PDF and JPG files and are of high-quality 300dpi. If you prefer or require your files in another format, please check with me first BEFORE purchasing. As a surcharge may apply.

How & when will I receive my files (for an instant digital download)?

After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. Your download will include the digital files, ready for you to print along with a PDF instruction sheet. I highly recommend downloading and reading through this instruction sheet to get the most out of your files.

Custom and personalised orders

After Etsy processes your payment, I will then receive your order notification along with your personalisation details. Once I have all your details, I'll then work on getting your final files out to you within 1-2 business days. I'll then package up your files and send them over to you via email (the email you used to make the purchase).

How do I unzip the files?

For PC Users: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions. For Mac Users: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
