Times were great when neighborhood pharmacies dotted the streets of Hometown USA. When soda fountains drew you inside to sip on that favorite milkshake, float or sundae, the shopowner knew your name & you knew everyone who came in the door as well. Regretfully, so many have gone by the wayside, gobbled up by the large sad for all of us...

This advertising deck of playing cards captures those scenes as well as times that many of us still remember & fondly at that. With snow covered streets, glowing streetlights above & the church chapel nearby, the GOOD NEIGHBOR Pharmacy beckons friendly faces inside to come in from the cold. From the mid 60s, this unopened deck of cards has cars & trucks on the roads that are now considered antiques to car owners. Look closer & you'll see the old movie theatre, cafe, barbershop & TV store.

In excellent condition, these cards are snuggled inside their original celophane wrapper, complete with all the cards. This is considered a crossover collectible because of the various themes found on the card face. Items like this appeal to those who like antique car/trucks barbershop/pharmacy memorabilia, card collectors, 1800s-1900s architecture, vintage movie theatres, 60s themes, rural America....old pharmacies & more.
