Custom and personalised orders

We make personalised orders on almost every design. We can make the garment by your height (longer or shorter) and by your own measurements. We can also customise the design: to add/remove sleeves, change colors, or fabrics and etc. Please note that the Personalised and Custom Orders are non refundable due to the personal measurements.

Points to note when measuring yourself: Put the cloth tape measure around yourself. Do NOT pull it tight. Do NOT leave space for how loose you want your shirt to be. DO relax. Take a normal breath and measure lightly your bust, waist and hip Your bust is measured around your back and across your nipples, try keep the tape measure straight (not dipping down around your back). Your waist is measured around your back and across your navel, or the smallest area where your sides dip in, again try keep the tape measure straight. When taking your hip measurement measure about a hands width down from your waist and slide the tape measure down untill you reach the largest part of your lower hip and 'behind'.

We advise the garments to be washed on gentle cycle in cold water, handwashed or dry cleaned. Please avoid dryer. Low ironing. Iron inside out whenever possible. Always iron delicate fabrics, inside out on a low temperature setting. The Handpainted dresses should be handwashed and Ironing inside out.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We pack all of our garments in a beautiful envelope, then the garment is placed in a special bag given by the express company we work with.

We dispatch your orders in 2-6 working days. We ship all orders via Priority Air Mail or Fedex Express Shipping .

We accept Returns and Exchanges in general. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Buyer must contact us and ship the item back within 21 days of the delivery. Kindly notify us of your intentions by email/message to return the Item and our team will assist you on. We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in a perfect new condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

NOTE : For US RETURNS : U.S. Customers import duties are prepaid by us so If an item is returned back, 15% of the item price will be retained from the refund to cover non-refundable duty fees. When we don't accept returns?

We accept Returns and Exchanges in general, but if your order has been customized by length, color, fabric or by your own measurements, then we won't be able to accept your rerturn due to the special customization. Please note that we WON'T ACCEPT RETUNRS on items which are ON SALE ON 40 % OFF AND MORE, because we produce every order once it has been ordered, because we support slow fashion. We are a small team and we work hard on every order. We need time to cut, make, prepare and ship every item. Please respect our work. Thank you !

Very happy with purchase. Good material and workmanship. The lack of a slit at the bottom takes some getting used to, but the fabric is stretchy, which helps. FedEx charged me a hefty import duty in India, but that is okay because I got a good product.
