This pillow is absolutely perfect and they are going to love it! The only thing I would caution on is maybe put it in a plastic bag before putting in mailing bag. The mailing bag was filthy when I received and there was no way to get it out without getting some dirt on the pillow. It was hard to get whatever that was off.
