I almost always ship through USPS. Please note that due to COVID, there may be delays in orders. First class shipping typically takes 3+ days, priority shipping is 1-3 days, and priority express is 1-2 days.

I'm only able to extend the same shipping guarantees that USPS offers and their only money-back guarantee is for their priority mail express option.

First class shipping and priority mail does NOT include insurance, and lost or stolen items will have to be dealt with through USPS. I'm always glad to assist, but am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Insurance is available for an additional charge under the "shipping" tab in my shop.

For any items returned to me shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes! But please understand if you are in a country other than the US that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Elara is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees.

Packages typically take much longer for international orders, so please plan accordingly.

If you need your package shipped somewhere else please let me know immediately. If your shipping address is not up to date and you change it after you order please tell me because it will not update on my end automatically. I am not responsible if your package goes to the wrong address if you do not communicate with me. I will ship it to whatever address is on your invoice or if you update your address with me. If you want to double check, just ask me or check your invoice in your account info.

If your package is returned to me because of an error in the address you provided, you will be charged for shipping again to send it back to you. Should you decide to cancel your order at this point, a refund minus shipping will be returned to you.

I accept cancellation as long as you submit a request within 4 hours of placing your order, and a full refund will be issued.


Once that 4 hour mark has passed, I may or may not be able to cancel your order, so please try to let me know ASAP if you need to cancel.

I am not responsible for lost mail due to an incorrectly entered address. Please check your shipping address is correct before checkout and contact me if you need to change it!

I carefully inspect all of the items before they are shipped out.

However, if you should receive item or package that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
