We are unable to make any changes to templates due to the fast turnaround time. If you would like to change the template please call our store at #845-986-7557 and we'd love to place the order with you over the phone.

We know how important it is to have your personalized piece as soon as possible. With such a fast turnaround time, we usually start your piece within hours from when the order is placed. For that reason, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate changes to the order or shipping address once it has been placed.
...CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY...
If your item has not been engraved yet, we are happy to cancel the order for you. However, due to my fast turnaround time, they are usually engraved in the morning after the order is placed. If your order has been engraved, it will be shipped and ineligible for cancellation or a refund.
As each custom piece is made to order just for you, understandably we cannot accept returns, with no exceptions. Please make sure to ask any questions that you have before placing the order.
