Where do your items ship?

In-house items are shipped from GA and others are finished at a production partner's facility that our teams operate. The locations of these may vary as we have several US locations.

All sales are final as they are often made on-demand. Sizing is listed in the listings. Measuring will ensure the best accuracy.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is only available on certain items. Gift wrapping is not available on all items as we use production partners for certain designs. If you would like to know whether your item is gift wrapped, please send a message.

What happens if my item is lost, damaged, or stolen?

Candle Related Purchases- Should you want more insurance please request so before ordering. Mishandled mail does sometimes occur and this gives you the buyer the extra protection on your package. Should it not arrive or become damaged in transit, you may use your upgraded tracking number to file a claim with USPS. You can also contact us in this case and we may be able to assist on certain orders. If you order with standard first class mail, your package is not insured and you will not have the ability to file a claim should it be lost, damaged, or stolen. Please consider upgrading to priority if you wish your package to be insured in this situation. Should you have questions please let us know.

IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION AND FUlFILLMENT POLICY

Please note ~ For all orders (not just custom items), we may need specific details or responses from you. If we don't receive the necessary information within the stated time frame, the order will remain in the queue. After a certain period, we'll fulfill it by sending a confirmation card, as per our policy, and no cancellations will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

What type of photos may I send?

For compliance with Etsy policies, we cannot accept nude, sexually explicit, or adult images. Orders submitted with prohibited images will be placed on hold until an alternate photo is received. Materials are purchased immediately and reserved for each order. Processing will not begin until compliant images are provided. May I use a celebrity image or image found online? Copyright and publicity laws require that any image used on a physical product has proper licensing, even for personalized items.
