For personalized items. If I placed different info than what you provided, I will send you a replacement at no cost. If you provided misspelled info (for example Jonh instead of John) and wish to re-order the same item, contact me for a discount before placing your order.
The processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered and when it ships and it is displayed during the checkout process. Once a purchase has been completed and marked as paid, buyers can see a ships-by date on their Receipt page for their purchase. If I contact you for clarifications before creating/ shipping your order, this causes a delay which will be reflected on the ship-by date.
The delivery time depends on your country's Customs and handling by local mail and it can take up to 25 business days. Please keep in mind that I ship all orders earlier than or on the ship-by date. If the fault is mine, I will do my best to make it right. Custom or personalized items are exempt from Right to Withdrawal regulations and thus are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies even for items that hold no contact information.
In the rare case that a package never ends up getting delivered: If the tracking is marked as 'delivered' the proper stolen package paperwork will need to be filled out for the buyer's postal service provider and any other related agencies by the buyer. I am not responsible for your package once it is marked as delivered.
If the package was never marked as 'delivered' and is truly missing, I will contact the post office on your behalf, file a tracking request and help locate the missing package. Please be patient, this procedure takes time and depends on the communication between PostNord and your country's postal service provider. You will receive the original package, a free replacement, or a full refund.
