If a FONT is not chosen, we will choose for you.

Shipping:
Shipping is usually 5-7 days but can be faster during slow times.
I ship the cheapest way for me as I pay the shipping for you.

If for some reason we need more time to process your order we will contact you right away.

We are not responsible for late packages due to the shipping company as we have no control of their operations.

If you need to rush the order, please choose the faster shipping option in the shipping area of the order.

Please confirm the address you have saved on ETSY is correct. We can not pay to reship the item if it's incorrect.

Returns:
Since we are personalizing your item, it is NOT returnable unless the error
is on our end.
