Emma was great. I'd accidentally ordered this twice as it didn't look like the transaction didn't go through. But when I realised that I'd ordered twice. She had noticed there were two ordered and then refunded straight away when I confirmed. The dog sleeping bag is amazing. Our small Cockerpoo loves it.
