Our white polypropylene fabric is made of 100% non-woven 50 GSM polypropylene k cloth. Polypropylene is made from 100% polyester fibers that have been heat-bonded together into a single unit. Polypropylene is very light-weight and highly breathable. Additionally, this fabric does not absorb moisture or liquids due to its highly breathable, porous nature. Polyester and Polypropylene are synthetic materials and are therefore a great material for allergy-suffers. Polypropylene is hypoallergenic, mold and mildew resistant. This material is commonly used as the outer shell for pillow forms and bolsters, as well as aisle runners, wall covers and backdrops for theater and video sets. This non-woven material is great for masks, hospital gowns and hazard suits. Tearing strength in the warp: 40N. Tearing strength in the weft: 55N. Hydrostatic pressure: 290mmH2O. Breathability: 80mm/s. This material is machine washable and dryer-safe on the lowest heat setting. Wash on the gentlest cycle with cool or lukewarm water.
