Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address, so I never actually got it. The seller has been absolutely great & is sorting a claim & refund, you can’t ask for more. I have no doubt that I would have been extremely pleased with the personalised gift for my daughter. Seller is very quick to respond, will purchase in the future.
