✔️ How can I use your clipart for my commercial projects?

● If you're selling a digital product, modifications are necessary. You cannot use the clipart as is (100%). Any of my clipart should form a part of your design, with your final design consisting of 80% of my image and 20% of your own input, such as layers, overlays, text, shapes, or additional graphics. (Sales in SVG, PNG formats are not allowed. All designs must be flattened.) ● Exception for Patterns: Patterns can be used as-is for both digital and physical products, but digital products must only be sold in JPG format to individual customers. ● If you're producing a physical product, you can print my images on your product as they are. No changes to the images are necessary.

✔️ What actions are not allowed with your clipart?

● You cannot sell in a way that directly competes with the original item that you downloaded. ● Please avoid reselling, sharing, or redistributing the clipart. Modifying and reselling or sharing as clipart is prohibited. ● The commercial sale of digital products is only permissible to individual customers. ● All copyrights belong to OKClipArtJoy (formerly OKClipArts). You cannot claim copyright & intellectual property rights for the original clipart.

✔️ What are the licensing terms for your clipart?

✔️ When and where will I receive the files?

● After Etsy processes your payment, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews (http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). ● If you purchased as a “guest,” you’ll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. ✪ Note: To prevent download errors, it is best to download large files on a computer. As the Etsy app does not support download functionality, please ensure you use a computer for all file downloads.

✔️ Why do I see 'unsupported file format' after downloading the file?

● Large files are provided in ZIP folders. If you try to open the file on a device that does not support ZIP files or lacks the necessary software to extract them, you may see an 'unsupported file format' message. ● Downloading large files on smartphones or tablets can result in errors, so we recommend using a computer for downloading. To use the images on your phone, first extract the ZIP contents on your computer, then email the image files to yourself.

✔️ Why am I provided with a download link in a PDF file?

● Due to system limitations on Etsy, large files are transmitted via a PDF file that contains a download link. This file can be downloaded from Google Drive, and a Google account is not required for this. ● The downloaded file is compressed in ZIP format, so please ensure you can open ZIP files before making a purchase. Also, please open the file on a computer.

✔️ What is a .zip file?

● Large image files are delivered in ZIP format. Some mobile devices may not support ZIP files, so we recommend downloading them on a computer (PC or Mac) for easy access. 1️⃣ For Windows users: - You can extract ZIP files using the built-in Windows extraction tool or by installing free software like 7-Zip. - You can also search for "free software to open ZIP files" online to find other options. 2️⃣ For Mac users: - ZIP files can be opened automatically by double-clicking the file. 📌 If you can't open ZIP files on a mobile device -Some smartphones and tablets do not support ZIP files. In this case, we recommend downloading the files on a computer first and then transferring them to your mobile device.

✔️ Do you take on custom and personalized orders?

● Unfortunately, I am currently unable to accept custom orders. However, feel free to send me your suggestions, and I will consider them for future releases.
