We can accommodate however many tables you need. From an intimate few to the largest of weddings, we will adapt this design to work for you.

Right first time! We will always ensure that you will receive a final proof to confirm before we go to print. This gives you an opportunity to check all the details are correct and let us know if you need any amendments. Due to the nature of printing - If there are any errors after you have approved the proof, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund, return or free reprint. That said, if you do have any issues, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.

SIZE & MATERIAL 📏

You can select either a poster or a rigid foamboard sign (just make sure you select the correct material in the drop down box)

We can print your Table Plan in any size from A4 up-to 2A0.

✜ A0 - 1189 x 841mm
✜ A1 - 841 x 594mm (recommended and most popular)
✜ A2 - 594 x 420mm
✜ A3 - 420 x 297mm
✜ A4 - 297 x 210mm

✜ Posters - Great for placing in a frame or attached to a solid surface. A4 and A3 are printed on beautiful textured 260gsm card, A2 and A1 posters are printed on 190gsm premium satin poster paper and A0 are printed on 235gsm silk paper.

✜ Rigid Foamboard - Perfect for placing on an easel or lent up against a wall. These signs are made from either 3mm foamex or foamboard (depending on the size purchased A3 are printed on foamboard and A3 and larger are printed on 3mm forame), providing a more rigid sign then the poster version.

All of our work is uniquely handmade, due to this, the size can vary ever so slightly by a few mm.

If you only want a digital PDF, this means no physical item will be sent to you. You will be sent a printable file to self print within 48 hours of receiving your personalisation requests (Mon to Fri). Note Digital PDF's are not available on all listings unless shown.

HOW TO ORDER 📖

✜ Your Names, Your Wedding Date & Your Wedding Venue

✜ The Table Names/ Numbers along with the list of Guest Names and also the number of each dog you would like to include (See Ottie's Pooch Collection on the photos for selection).

✜ If you would like us to use a different colour for the font than shown on the preview.

✜ Any other information you want to include on the Table Plan

Ideally, if you can share your Table Names/ Numbers with the list of guests in either a Word, Excel, Pages or Numbers Format. Please provide in a list format and ensure capitals are used where appropriate.

You will receive a proof to confirm within 48 hours of receiving your personalisation details (Mon to Fri)

Once you have confirmed the proof, we will send your sign to print.

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY and affordable worldwide delivery.

(Please let us know if you require Express Delivery).

A4 and A3 posters and rigid signs are sent by Royal Mail. All other signs are sent by a tracked courier. UK orders please allow 2-4 days from dispatch. If you need your sign earlier than this, drop us a message for Express delivery options.

A2,A1,A0 posters are sent rolled in posting tubes. Our rigid signs are sent flat.

We ensure all our Table Plans are packaged extremely well and use only trusted couriers. Despite this, on very rare occasions, signs can become slightly damaged in transit due to their delicate nature. If this does happen, we will work with you to get the sign replaced. We will need your cooperation to provide photos of the damage and packing for our insurance purposes. We unfortunately can't offer refunds due to the design work having taken place, but we will of course replace for free. We can usually have replacement signs with you in a couple of days, but with this in mind, we ask that you to allow enough time before your event for a replacement to be arranged so it doesn't arrive after your event. We also ask that you report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your sign.
