Piney Woods Mystic will issue a refund on returned items, minus shipping costs, only after we have received your item back from you. If you need to return an item, please contact us to let us know you are sending it, and the reason for the return. If an item was damaged while being shipped to you, I will need you to send photos of how you received it (including the exterior packaging) so that I can properly assess how the damage occurred. Without these photos, if you return a damaged product, I can only assume that the damage was not a result of our packaging/shipping, and that it occurred after it was received.

Unless stated in the product description, the metal leafing used on our products are imitation metals (typically copper/zinc alloy) and are not pure gold or silver. The metal leafing process involves applying a very thin layer of delicate foil by hand, and as such may show variation in texture and fine hair-line cracks. Once applied, the foil is coated with a sealer to protect it from general wear, but it is still susceptible to scratching (especially on very smooth areas), so please do not be rough when handling them.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Unless otherwise stated as sterling sliver or real gold (listed in karats), most of the metals used in our jewelry are gold-tone or silver-tone stainless steel and/or brass.
